Bernice Mosby was selected with the 6th pick in the 2007 WNBA Draft to the Washington Mystics. 

In the 2007/08 season, Bernice began her professsional career in Europe and she signed in Greece with Panionios and averaged 17.2 points and 9.6 rebounds per game in Greek League and 13.5 points per game in the Eurocup.

Bernice Mosby was the 4th best scorer in the French League during the 2008/09 season, averaging 16.3 points and 7.8 rebounds per game with Arras. She also was named New Comer of the Year in France. 

In the 2009/10 season, Bernice Mosby moved to Italy, with San Giovanni, and she averaged 8.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.

Bernice signed with Pruszkow in Poland during the 2010/11 season and she had a nice year averaging 13.7 points and 6.4 rebounds per game.

In the 2011/12 season, Bernice Mosby was the second best scorer in Spanish League after averaging 17.4 points and 7.9 rebounds per game in Zamora.

Bernice kept shining in Spain during the 2012/13 season and had again a monster year with 19.3 points and 7.5 rebounds per game playing for Conquero.

Bernice Mosby began the 2013/14 season in Israel with Holon and she averaged 14.6 points and 9.7 rebounds per game. In March 2013, Bernice returned to Conquero and she averaged 13.2 points and 7.8 rebounds per game.

In the 2014/15 season, Bernice Mosby signed in Spain with Gernika and she was the Spanish League top scorer with 19.2 points and 8.3 rebounds per game with excellent 50% from the floor and also with 50% from the 3 point line (26/52).

Bernice Mosby signed in South Korea for the 2015/16 season and playing for KEB Hanabank she averaged 12.9 points and 6.3 rebounds in 23 minutes per game.

In the 2016/17 season, Bernice Mosby returned to Poland and signed with Artego, averaging 11.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in 22 minutes per game.

Bernice Mosby played for Besiktas in the 2017/18 season and she averaged 13 points and 7.7 rebounds per game in Turkish League and 10.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game in the Eurocup.

In the 2018/19 season, Bernice Mosby returned to Turkey and she averaged 15.9 points and 7.6 rebounds per game playing for Izmit.

In January 2019, Bernice Mosby signed in China with Jiansu and took them to the Semifinals, averaging excellent 15.3 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.

Bernice Mosby signed with Satu Mare in the 2019/20 season and she averaged 19.1 points, 8.4 rebounds and +19.9 efficiency per game in Romanian League and 25.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game in the CEWL



Bernice Mosby played for Hernando County High School before having a stellar college career at Florida (15.5 points and 8.6 rebounds per game in the 2004/05 season) and Baylor (17.6 points and 9.1 rebounds pe game in the 2006/07 season).
